Payment methods

We offer you the option of paying for your order in one of the following ways:

Α) Pick up and payment at the physical store.

You can place your order online, pick it up and pay for it at our physical store in Thessaloniki, 20 Ol.Diamanti street (city center) without any additional financial burden.

Β) By charging your credit card.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order on the fill date. All necessary measures have been taken in our system for the security of your credit card transactions. Your transactions are protected by top online security systems that guarantee a secure transaction environment. All information related to your transactions and your personal data are safe and confidential, as in all EFG Bank services. The data of your bank accounts or credit cards data are stored only in encrypted form on the computers and databases of Bank EUROBANK, without direct connection to the internet.

C) By deposit to our bank account.

In the event that a deposit is made to a bank account, you must state your order number and optionally your full name as a reason for your deposit.

After you have deposited the money to the bank account, you can inform us about your deposit by phone at tel. number 2311303720 or by sending the proof of deposit by e-mail to orders@vasilikisountou.com to complete your order.

Shipping Methods within Greece

Orders are shipped FREE via ACS Courier, for purchases over €50. For purchases under €50, the shipping cost is €3,50 with ACS Courier.

Orders are processed and shipped daily, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, within seven (7) working days.

Shipping Methods outside of Greece

International shipping is free for all orders over 400€ while for orders under 400€  the shipping cost is 30€.
