When the right of withdrawal does not apply

EU Directive 2011/83/EU lists various categories of goods and services that are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The sections below cover the cases that may apply to this store — remove the ones you do not sell.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of handmade jewelry, the right of return does not apply in the following cases:

Personalized Products: Jewelry that has been made to order, to your measurements or according to your specifications (e.g. special engravings, specific ring sizes that do not belong to the standard size chart).

Hygiene Reasons: For health and hygiene reasons, returns on (pierced) earrings are not accepted, if their packaging has been unsealed after delivery.
